Tome Molds and Follower lids with or without butter muslin liners to select from.  These molds are made of Dairythene Food Grade Plastic in Europe, are very sturdy and will last a long time if cared for properly.

Large Tome Molds and Follower Lids with Butter Muslin Liners

• 4.5 Kilogram Tome Mold and Follower Lid:  This mold will hold 4.5 kilograms or 9.92 pounds of curd.  Top Internal Diameter: 10 inches, Bottom Internal Diameter: 9 inches.  Outer Height with draining bottom:  6 inches; Internal Height:  5 inches.  Pressing weight of up to 50 pounds per square inch is acceptable with this mold.  The final cheese product will have smooth round edges versus sharp edges like a traditional tome mold.  Extra lids available.  Made of Dairythene plastic.
• Manchego Mold & Lid:  A traditional Manchego mold & lid with the thatched pattern that is immediately noticeable for a Spanish Cheese.  This mold will hold up to 1 kilogram or 2.2 pounds.  Made of Dairythene plastic.
