Caciotta molds traditionally used in the Tuscany region of Italy or France. This sturdy mold has pronounced draining feet on the bottom of the mold so the whey easily drains away from the curd.

Mold #45330:  Holds 1/3 to 1/2 pound or 25 grams of curd.  Top Internal Diameter: 3.50″, Bottom Internal Diameter: 3.00″ Internal and Internal Height: 2.00″. Made of Dairythene Plastic.
