MA Mesophilic for Cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack, Chevre’, Feta and Cottage Cheese. These non-gas producing cultures are very good in goat milk.

- Bioprox M195, 50 Units: Fast acidification, excellent in Quark and Feta when only a mesophilic culture is needed. This is a rotation culture to Bioprox M227. This pouch will make up to 650 gallons of milk. Contains: Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis and Lactococcus lactis subsp cremoris.

MA 11, 14, 16 and 19 are rotation cultures to each other; therefore, we may substitute a rotation culture when necessary to provide the longest life of the cultures based upon stock levels. If we send a rotation culture, we also send the same size or a size larger.

To protect your purchase during shipment, in the upper right hand corner in the search engine type “blue ice blanket”. You can then add this item to your cart and your products will be wrapped with an ice block and blanket during shipment. Please note, if you are located outside of the USA this option is available, but will not stay frozen during transit. During the hot summer months in the USA, the ice block will stay frozen for two days in transit only.
