  • Butter Muslin:  Food grade, 90 threads per square inch and very good for draining jelly, jam, deserts, yogurt, soft cheeses and lining cheese molds for the smooth look to your cheese.  Made of 100% durable cotton.  This cloth can be sterilized and reused.  41 inches wide.

 

  • Cheese Cloth:  Food grade, 60 threads per square inch and used for draining large curd cheese, lining cheese molds for pressed cheeses and for bandaged cheeses such as cheddar.  Made of 100% durable cotton.  This cloth can be sterilized and reused.  41 inches wide.

 

  • Plyban:  Plyban is a food-grade poly webbing cheese cloth used to line cheese molds when pressing curds. This thin material is less prone to wrinkle than bulkier cloths, which can help create a more uniform cheese surface.   This cloth can be sterilized and reused.  Made in the USA.  40 inches wide.
