Cheese Ripening Mat (Fine)-1B: Each order contains one 24″ X 23.75″ mat. This mat is very good for soft and semi-soft curd cheeses such as Camembert, Brie, Chevre and Goat Type cheeses.
Cheese Ripening Mat (Medium)-1C: Each order contains one 24″ X 20″ mat. his mat is perfect for stable curd cheese such as Cheddar, Brick, Muenster, Havarti, Gouda, etc.
Cheese Ripening Mat (Alpine Straw Style)-1D: Each order contains one 24″ X 24.50″ mat. This is the traditional type mat used in Europe for the Tomme, St. Nectaire and Alpine Style cheeses.
Cheese Ripening Mat-Yellow Reed Mat Look: Each order contains one 12″ X 24″ mat.
